day ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED and SEVENTY THREE

caregiver

there is no provision
for taking care of
the caregiver

the caregiver
will not take into
account their own health

or lack of sleep, or time
for themselves
or a breath

and work
and time with
other people suffers

and the work will
punish the
caregiver

for their
lack of care they
give to their work

which gives them
greater stress
as they

forget
to breath
and to eat

or think about
their own
needs

and then they
will feel guilty
when their loved one

is demanding and they
resent the constant
calls for help

and ever present
in their minds is the
fear of losing the one they love…
