Clowns
are everywhere
If you
look hard
enough
you
can see
that
clowns
are
everywhere
silent
and
white
faced
they
serve
your
meals
punch
your
train
ticket
write
your
will
swear
you in
to
military
service
they
pick your
pocket
pick
your
brain
sign your
paycheck
clowns
kiss
you in
the
hallways
of your
nightmares
they put
stents in
your
heart
during
surgery
clowns
lose
their
hats in
high
winds
and legs
on
battlefields
clowns
forgive
your sins
raise
your
children
push the
nuclear
buttons
break
your
heart and
read your
mail
these
sad
clowns
funny
clowns
husband
clowns
angry
clowns
girlfriend
clowns
lawyer
clowns
there is
even a
clown
writing
this poem
these
damn
clowns
are
everywhere.
