they’ll turn your happiness into chum
and spit it
into the mouths of their overlords
oligarchs
don’t want democracy
they want that secret payout
they want their wealth secure
rich assholes
with the individual desire to live
above the law
oligarchs
will vomit patriotism
and then they’ll stab you in the back
oligarchs
think they’re better than you
and most of the time
we act so dumb
