as an example to all those
who might be like her
a man whose reputation is tarnished
gets confirmed as a Supreme Court judge
as an example to all those
who might be like him

a woman sends emails
on a private server
and is pitched into
a black hole of disgust
a rich man commits
years of tax fraud
and sits as the president
of the country he scammed

the scales of justice
lean a little
