All of Them Out
We have ring side seats
at democracy’s demolition derby,
watch bought-off politicians
bend over backwards, divert tax dollars
into big donors’ pockets.
Propaganda TV cloaks corruption
with distracting fake news.
Flaccid Cheeto-in-Chief
whines about being a target,
claims innocent victimhood
as myriad criminal actions
and shady co-conspirators
are finally revealed.
It’s like turning over a rock
to expose America’s
rotten inner workings.
Squirming white vermin
seek festering sinkholes
within which to hide.
